Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt bei branchenübergreifenden Kundenprojekten in den Bereichen digitale Transformation und Geschäftsmodellentwicklung (DAX, MDAX Level)
Du optimierst bestehende Prozesse und implementierst neue Arbeitsweisen und Technologien
Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden entwickelst und skalierst Du neue Geschäftsmodelle (“like-a-startup”)
Du unterstützt bei der Steuerung von Projektteams und Erstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Ergebnisse mittels Startup-Methodik (z.B. Corporate Startup Canvas, Lean Startup und mehr)

Dein Profil

Sehr guter bis guter (bevorstehender) universitärer Abschluss (Bachelor/Master), unabhängig von der Studienrichtung
Idealerweise bringst Du erste relevante Berufserfahrung in einem Startup (z.B. (Co-)Gründer, Praktikum), einem Konzern (z.B. Praktikum im Bereich Transformation/Innovation) und/oder einer Beratung (z.B. Praktikum oder studentische Beratung) mit
Du scheust nicht vor Verantwortungsübernahme zurück und überzeugst durch Deine engagierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, sowie Deinem Auge fürs Detail
Eine kooperative und teamorientierte Zusammenarbeit ist für Dich selbstverständlich
Du bringst ein generelles Verständnis für Kunden- und Teamdynamiken mit
Du verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
Durch Deine verhandlungssichere Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache, sowie einer grundsätzlichen Reisebereitschaft rundest du Dein Profil ab

Your mission

Your tasks involve...

You support cross-industry client projects in the areas of digital transformation and business model development (DAX, MDAX level)

Excubate Consultants from the Munich Team

Your profile

Very good to good (upcoming) university degree (bachelor/master), regardless of the field of study.
Ideally, you have gained first relevant work experience in a startup (e.g. (co-)founder, internship), a corporation (e.g. internship in the area of transformation/innovation) and/or a consulting firm (e.g. internship or student consulting)
You do not shy away from taking responsibility and you bring a dedicated and reliable way of working, as well as attention to detail with you
You are team-oriented and work cooperatively
You have a general understanding of customer- and team dynamics
You are proficient in MS Office
Your communication skills in German and English, as well as your willingness to travel complete your profile.
